Some of the complaints for the previous series is how few opportunities there are to really take long range shots, they have missions specifically made for 1100-1500 yard shots which makes stealthing a whole lot more satisfying especially on the harder difficulties with no sniper aids. This is where SGW really shines, the shooting mechanics are relatively realistic. Doesn't make it a bad game, but a different game. I love the Sniper Elite series(Still need to pick up 5) and it does some things better than SGW but the shooting mechanics are extremely exaggerated to the point they feel arcady even on the hardest difficulties. I'm a huge fan of 'sniping' based games or games with pseudo realistic shooting mechanics as I love to do long range/precision shooting in real life. I'll keep this spoiler free for those that want to play it. SGW: Contracts 2 is a huge improvement of the previous games in the series and each iteration they produce gets better and better.
